Accessibility Grant: To enable us to make our facilities 100% accessible to persons with physical disabilities and expand the Outreach activities that we already offer to the Community, we have been blessed to receive a grant from the Ontrio Trillium Foundation, an agency of the Government of Ontario. http://www.trilliumfoundation.org/

Work commenced in the Fall of 2011 and will be completed by January 2012. Our services will continue as usual and we apologise for the inconvenience and dust created by the construction. (NOW FULLY ACCESSIBLE!)

Food for Life program- Every Thursday morning we receive a delivery of food from the "Food for Life" organization. This food is available for pick-up by members of the public, without charge, at St. Albans between 12:00pm and 1:00pm on Thursday. There is no need for ID or proof of income. If you could use some help providing enough food for yourself and your family, please come no matter what your circumstances or your faith. 

Community Dinner and Movie Night - On the 3rd Friday of each month at 6pm, members of St. Alban's volunteer to prepare and serve a hot, nutritious dinner to those living in our community. The dinner is available free of charge to individuals and families who would like to enjoy some fellowship or who might otherwise go hungry that night. Following the meal at 7:30pm there is a free movie at the Roxy, sponsored by "Acton Together" and various town merchants. If you wish to help towards the cost of this ministry, we accept freewill offerings anytime or on the evening.

Acton Foodshare – Please bring food items and help fill our shopping cart.  No-one in Acton should go hungry.

Healing Ministry - Following each 10:30am service, members of our Healing Ministry Team are available to pray with or for those seeking God's Grace or to give thanks for blessings received. The sacrament of Laying On of Hands and Anointing with Holy Oil is available upon request. None must, some should and all may, participate.

Altar Guild – Each week our Church is prepared for worship by the loving servant hands of our Altar Guild.  Currently we are looking to recruit some new members.  If you would like to volunteer or learn more about this wonderful ministry, please speak with Mary Anderson 519-853-2254
